Frishberg & Partners presented its new briefing paper “On Real Estate Transactions in Ukraine” at the Adam Smith Real Estate Summit, which took place in Premier Palace on November 26-28, 2007 in Kiev.
The briefing paper consists of 14 chapters, including commercial and residential real estate, financing residential construction projects, options for establishing local production facilities, the land code and basic steps towards land ownership, land mortgages and due diligence, investment in unfinished construction, and land appraisal, among others. The firm’s founding partner, Alex Frishberg, commented: “it’s the most comprehensive legal reference guide that covers nearly every aspect of Ukrainian real property market, both from a legal and practical viewpoint.”
