Frishberg& Partners has appointed Mr. Petro Kushnirenko its Of Counsel on Antimonopoly (Competition) Legislation. Mr. Kushnirenko has more than 15 years of experience in the area of competition law and antidumping investigations. His professional affiliations include the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine and the Institute for Competition Protection (Institute of Competition).
Among other projects, Mr. Kushnirenko participated in the consolidation of a supermarket network in Kyiv; acquisition of controlling packets of stock in Ukrainian milk plants, fire-brick producers, power-repair producers, shipyards and aluminium plants, etc. Mr. Kushnirenko graduated from the Kiev State University, Institute of International Relations in 1998 and obtained a Masters degree in law.
