Vladimir Lukovich, a senior attorney with Frishberg & Partners, was one of the keynote speakers at the opening of the initiative “Investment Support Web-Portal of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine,” on April 16, 2007. The event was organized by Softline, one of the leading software developers in Ukraine. The portal is aimed at supporting investors by providing them with the latest information about Ukraine’s investment climate, as well as promoting the country on the international arena.
In his presentation, Mr. Lukovich emphasized the importance of obtaining the latest information in rapidly changing legal and political environment and stressed the high value of close collaboration between different state organizations. Mr. Lukovich added that the web-portal, the first official informational portal of Ukraine, is a great leap forward.
