Oleg is a licensed advocate with more than 25 years’ litigation and arbitration experience in Ukrainian courts.

He entered political arena as a member of Kyiv Regional Council from 2012-2014, and served as a member of Kyiv City Mayor Anti-Corruption Council and the Chairman of the Kyiv City Commission on Prevention of Corruption.  Oleg participated in drafting more than 80 Kyiv City Council Acts, including Kyiv City Anti-Corruption Program, Kyiv City Crime Prevention Program “Safe Capital City” and coordinated with National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NAPC).

Oleg was also a Member of the Ukrainian Parliament and First Deputy Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on the Rule of Law and Justice, where he co-authored more than 15 draft laws and several enacted legislative acts designed to create independent and transparent judicial system, including the Law of on Restoration of Confidence for Judicial System of Ukraine and the Law on Lustration of the Authority of the State.
