Peter is the publisher of Business Ukraine magazine and editor of the Atlantic Council’s UkraineAlert service.

He was born in the United Kingdom and received his BA in history from Liverpool University. In 1997, he moved to Lviv to serve as the British Council’s information manager for western Ukraine, facilitating a dialogue between Ukrainian NGOs and academic sectors and promoting UK government outreach in the region. He has since led a range of media projects in Ukraine including What’s On Kyiv magazine and the Ukraine Today and UATV television news channels.

Peter has provided analysis and commentary on Ukrainian affairs for the international media including BBC News, Fox News, Sky News, Euronews, Deutsche Welle, CBC News, and many others.
