- About Scott E. Brown
Scott E. was born in Poughkeepsie, New York and grew up in the nearby hamlet of Hopewell Junction. He graduated from Marist College with a B.A. in history and Russian area studies. He received his J.D. from Capital University (Columbus, Ohio) in 1998 and is a member of the New York Bar Association. Scott did a year of undergraduate studies at Shevchenko University in Kyiv, Ukraine in 1992-1993, including a 6-month course at the Institute of International Relations. He permanently relocated to Kyiv in 1998 when he joined Frishberg & Partners as an associate after interning at the firm since 1993.
